Liz Earle Foot Spritzer

I've mentioned in a previous post in which I wrote about Liz Earle's Foot Scrub that I'm not particularly fond of feet (my own or anyone else's), so I try to keep mine in pretty good shape which makes me feel better about them. I make sure I use a foot file often, exfoliate a few times a week and moisturise everyday to keep them looking presentable. I've tried quite a few different foot potions and lotions, but I'd not actually tried a spray or spritzer before. Liz Earle sent me their Spritzer to try last month, but I'd been waiting for the weather to warm up before giving it a go as it's described as being cooling and refreshing.

Here's what Liz Earle say about the product:

Spritz your feet, legs and ankles with a cooling and invigorating burst of nine essential oils. This fast drying spray fights odour-causing bacteria to help keep feet fresh. It’s the perfect wake-up for weary feet, leaving them revived and revitalised. Spray whenever you need cooling, instant relief.

Naturally active ingredients include cooling menthol and hydrating aloe vera. Peppermint and rosemary essential oils leave feet smelling sweet.

My Thoughts

I first tried the product a couple of weeks ago after I'd been trudging around town all day. My feet were hot, tired and definitely in need of something cooling and reviving, so I reached for the handy bottle of foot spritzer. The pump dispenser sprays a fine, even mist of really refreshingly scented liquid on to skin and provides an instant cooling effect. The product is packed full of essential oils including, Peppermint and Rosemary which are the main scents my nose detects. It smells fresh and herbal and lingers for quite a while after it's been applied. The cooling sensation also seems to last for a while too and really does feel amazing on feet which are in need of a pick me up.

I've been using the Spritzer a lot over the last couple of weeks when my feet have needed reviving and really have been enjoying it. My boyfriend also seems to like the cooling effect and the fresh, herbal scent too. It's easy to use, dries quickly after it's been applied and reinvigorates tired, achy feet and legs immediately. It's definitely a product that's worth having around during the hot, summer months and would be a fantastic product to take with you on your holiday's too!

All in all, another lovely product from Liz Earle which complements the other products in their foot range perfectly.

  1. These past few days at work, my poor little feet have been through hell! Walking up and down for hours and hours. This reminds me that they need a good pampering session!

  2. I could really use a way to better care for my feet besides getting pedis all the time. Maybe I'll try this. Thanks!

  3. I have this and I think it is okay, fairly pleasant, but it doesn't really do anything for me in terms of effect and I don't find the smell as nice as some other Liz Earle products. I like her products a lot but I won't be re purchasing this one - I think cheaper ones are just as good for me.

    Sounds nice.

  5. Y, Aww you should have a nice pamper session, I know mine always feel better after :)

Kristen, it's a nice pick me up for tired feet and it leaves them feeling soft and refreshed. You should give it a go!

Lucy, as I mentioned, I've not tried any similar products to this one before so I don't have anything to compare it to. I do agree with you on the scent, I have tried other products from the range which do smell nicer, I think the fairly strong, refreshing smell sort of suits the product though. Also, I didn't think the price was too bad considering you get a fairly large 75ml bottle which seems like it would last for a while. Will have to have a look around for some cheaper options and compare them though!

Jen, it is nice. Perfect for the warmer months and a great little product to take on your holidays too!

  6. I wasn't going to comment on this post at first but came back to it and.. You know, I don't really take care of my feet. I'm embarrassed to say it but then, I find my feet are quite okay, in good condition etc so I have never used a foot spray or a special foot lotion.

I have tried a couple of foot masks but didn't notice any difference so thought 'whatever' :-P

You've made me think though - I do need a foot spritzer in my life. It would be nice to spray them with something refreshing and cool.

    xoxo
