Free Ciate Nail Colours with This Month's Marie Claire

A quick post on another magazine freebie. Marie Claire are currently giving away a full size bottle of Ciate nail polish with the May issue of the magazine. There are two different colours to collect (worth £9.00 each), Sand Dune and Pocket Money.

Sand Dune is a pretty, shimmery gold and Pocket Money is a creamy fudge shade. I haven't done a full mani with either of the colours yet, but I have done some nail swatches and they both apply really well. To be honest, though, all the colours I've tried from the brand have been great in terms of application and finish, and all of the shades I've tried seem to wear well, too.

Free Aromatherapy Associates Products With May's Issue Of Red

Red are currently giving away Aromatherapy Associates products with this month's issue of the magazine. There are three different products to collect (worth over £50) from the Hydrating Rose range; A 30ml Hydrating Renewing Rose Cleanser, a 30ml Hydrating Triple Rose Renewing Moisturiser, and a 50ml tube of the brand's Hydrating Rose Face Mask.

I picked up a copy yesterday with a tube of the Rose Face Mask, which is described as a deeply hydrating mask to restore moisture to dry skin. I haven't tried it yet, but I must say, it smells absolutely amazing, and I'm really looking forward to giving it a go. Unfortunately, the two other products weren't available at my local shop, but I may have a hunt around for the cleanser tomorrow, as it sounds lovely!

Free Elemis Loving Lips Quenching Lip Balm With April's Cosmo

Cosmopolitan are currently giving away Elemis skincare goodies from the brand's Fresh Skin range with the April issue of the magazine. The magazine is out now and there are three products to collect: a Softly Softly Daily Moisturiser Everday Mositurising cream (25ml), a Loving Lips Quenching Lip Balm, and a Skin Clear Mattifying Shine Control Moisturiser (25ml).

I had my eye on the Loving lips Quenching Lip Balm and managed to nab a tube at the beginning of the week. It's enriched with passionflower oil, sweet almond oil and vitamin E, and is supposed to soften, refresh and condition lips.

I have to say, I'm really liking this stuff at the moment. The light, comfortable texture and peppermint scent are nice, and I'm a huge fan of the hygienic, squeezy tube and slanted applicator. The non-sticky formula seems to sooth and hydrate well, and leaves lips feeling soft and supple for quite a while after applying. I'm normally not a great lover of minty flavours and scents, but the peppermint isn't overly strong or tingly and is actually quite pleasant. 

The magazine's out now and costs £3.60. The Loving Lips balm is a full size 10ml tube and is worth £8.00, so the mag's definitely worth picking up if you fancy giving the balm a go.

Magazine Freebie Alerts: Mavala & balance me!

Red magazine are currently giving away a full size bottle of balance me body wash worth £8.00 with their September issue. There are two different types to choose from, Rose Otto or Super moisturising.

I opted for the super moisturising wash which contains a whole host of lovely essential oils and organic ingredients to sooth, smooth and protect parched skin. I haven't had chance to try it out properly yet, but I have tested it on my hands and it feels incredibly creamy and smells lovely! Septembers copy is out now and costs £3.80.

Balance me body wash

When scanning through my copy of Red, I also noticed Elle are giving away a 5ml bottle of Mavala polish with their September issue. There are three exclusive shades to choose from, Grey, Orange and Red. The September copy is out now and also costs £3.80.

Jemma Kidd Silk Touch Gloss

Red magazine are offering a fantastic freebie with their July issue, a full size Jemma Kidd Silk Touch lip gloss in a choice of three lovely shades; a pretty pink, a summery coral and a red which was created especially for the magazine. I actually picked up a Jemma Kidd gloss as part of a similar deal last year and really loved the shade and formula (I repurchased the Fuchsia colour recently) so I thought I'd grab one of the colours on offer. Can you guess which one I went for?

Yep, I ended up getting the Coral (I just can't get enough of the colour lately)

It's a gorgeous juicy, orange coral shade which leaves lips with a transparent hint of non sticky colour. The formula has a delicate grapefruit scent and feels really comfortable and light weight. Lasting power's not bad either.

I haven't decided if I'll be picking up the pink or red shades yet, the pink does look really pretty!
